Message	was getting the gov't subsidies that oil/coal are now getting, all the problems you describe would darn near vanish. And money is not the problem. There's plenty of money being spent right now in the oil/coal industry. Obvouisly we can't just stop all oil/coal subsidies and move to wind power today, but the move could be much faster if people decide to make it so.
